I had a dream as I slumbered . I recall it vividly even though it is now many years later and still it chills me to the bone. I stood in a dark forest, And there stood a gnarled oak tree it was a black tree with what I can only assume to be corpses hanging from its branches. I say can only assume because they did not appear to be made of flesh, they seemed to be made from the black bark of the oak. The worst part of this terrible tree was that the bodies were moving thrashing and screaming as though attempting to escape. I recall that I had only pure spite in my heart for this Larravas, but it went farther than just hate. My anticipation was soon crushed; however, because a small red form stepped through the gate. "An imp!", I shouted. "A lowly, worthless, imp.", I shouted again. Then more quietly but no less menacingly I said, "Lindra will have the Hells to pay for this insult." I then lunged for the soul rod, knocking the small creature aside as I did, and then using the soul rod, I drew the occult line in the air to create a communion spell. I recall thinking that the small beast must be dead after the blow I gave it. My thoughts then turned to Andria. I awoke after many hours of unconsciousness, but it was not restful as sleep; It was rather like being trapped in a cage with no way out while helplessly forced to watch my home destroyed again and again. I shook the remaining darkness from my mind and stood. I then scoured the room around me to assure that nothing was missing; this was my personal sanctuary after all and I had just had some of the most malicious beings to ever exist in it.
